Kape Ti Musang and Kape Milo is touted to be the world’s most expensive coffee at P14,000/kilo as compared to P150-300/kilo of usual Philippine Coffees. Give In To The Challenge

Earlier this year, Celeteque Advanced team created the True Results Challenge. Over 50 Filipina women aged 30 to 55 years old from all walks of life, became part of an amazing experience that resulted in roughly around 92% of their fine lines gone in 6 weeks.

The women first went through an assessment session with an accredited dermatologist, who verified the number of fine lines the women had. The women were then instructed to use a mystery product, which was actually the new Celeteque advanced Aniti-Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer, in place of their usual moisturizer.

With regular and proper use, the women from the “True Results” Challenge experienced significant reduction of their fine lines during the 6-week period.

A Taste of French Cuisine In Aubergine Restaurant Patisserie

Together with some other blogger friends, I was treated to a gastronomic feast in Aubergine, a fine-dining restaurant in Bonifacio Global City. We witnessed the launching of C-Lium, a dietary supplement made from psyllium husk which is probably one of the best source of fiber in the world. If some of us don’t know, that fiber prevents many health problems including heart diseases and diabetes.

Aubergine Restaurant Patisserie‘s Executive Chef Stefan Langehan and Sous Chef Samuel Linder showed us how to prepare meals that are healthy and high in fiber. The dishes served were actually mixed with C-Lium. For breakfast, they presented a plate of poached quail egg on truffled Parsley mousse, parma ham and sauce Hollandaise served with baked tomato stuffed with scrambled egg, toasted whole grain bread and smoked salmon. I  didn’t wholly appreciate the meal very much because the salmon wasn’t fully cooked, only smoked. It reminds me of sushi and because I don’t eat raw food. But I liked the toasted bread, the scrambled egg, and the parma ham. I haven’t even tried the poached quail egg when the waiter told us that lunch is already ready. So I said goodbye to the half-eaten breakfast and said hello to lunch.

Lunch – seafood medley of lobster, scallops, and Norwegian salmon with orange beurre blanc served on barley-green pea risotto and asparagus spears.

East VS West Cook-Off

Ever witnessed a cook-off between two of the most sought-after chefs in the country? Well, I witnessed something like that at the GE Monogram showroom in Serendra recently. It was between Chef Bruce Lim of Chef’s Table, one of the few by-reservation-only restaurants in Manila VS Chef Eugene Raymundo of Five Cows Restaurant and Ice Cream Bar in Trinoma. Chef Bruce, who I recognized as Kris Aquino’s co-host when cooking on her previous show Boy and Kris, represented the Eastern cuisine. Chef Eugene, who, I must say, has a big fan base already because a lot of women were cheering for him that day, represented the Western cuisine. They were to prepare different dishes representing the Western and Eastern cuisine respectively and within one hour.

Fucoidan, Secret Of The Sea

I never heard of a food supplement that not only fights cancer cells but also improves and maintains your health. Fucoidan, a saccharide compound found in brown seaweed from Okinawa, Japan, is scientifically proven to inhibit cancer cells from growing and reduces the risk of cancer. Primarily, Fucoidan is given to cancer patients but it is also discovered to have other benefits. It helps you body build a stronger immune system, it reduces cholesterol in your body, it controls your weight, it maintains your sugar level, it has a relieving effect on allergic activities, it improves your intestinal environment, it helps make your skin softer and younger-looking, it improves mobility, protects your liver and replenishes your body with vitamins and minerals – all in one tiny white capsule.
